A : Yes - Dry Powder does not take the heat from the fire and therefore it can re-ignite.
Q : With reference to your Home Packs, should I order a Dry Powder or an AFFF extinguisher?
A : Really, it depends on your home. If you have a wooden staircase and floors then we would recommend the AFFF extinguisher. If anyone in your home suffers from asthma we would again recommend an AFFF extinguisher. However, a Dry Powder extinguisher is more effective on an electrical fire over 35k.
